- Wen-Hsuan is a sea-going chemical oceanographer studying the distribution of major and minor nutrients in the ocean, particularly focusing on marine trace metal cycling. In the polar research project, Wen-Hsuan’s group helps to measure major nutrients and trace metals in the water samples collected from the Arctic and its adjacent oceanic regions.
